Springfield, MO Parents As Teachers Budget Cut Nearly in Half for Next School Year
Cuts to the Parents as Teachers program in Springfield has program coordinators looking at what to do to keep the popular early childhood program going. The district currently has 33 parent educators. That number could drastically drop because losing $770,000 cuts the Springfield PAT budget nearly in half.
